About the role
Berry Street’s Strategic Engagement, Fundraising Department is a multi-award winning FIA team. We are seeking a Team Leader to lead by example and play a key role in growing our regular giving program.
You will be a driving force behind our Face to Face fundraisers, motivating, retaining and developing your team to achieve our fundraising targets.
As a team leader with us, no day will be the same! You will be someone that enjoys being amongst your team, supporting and inspiring them to increase our brand awareness and the valuable work that Berry Street does.

To succeed in this role
You will have previous experience in a similar position, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills and awareness of the face to face fundraising environment.
You will have strong communication and team management skills, ideally in fundraising / sales, with a proven ability to achieve targets/ KPIs.
You will need to use your own vehicle but will be provided with a car allowance per year.
