ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Part time fixed until 30 June 2019.
  • Based in our Richmond office.
  • CSnet is an integral part of Berry Street’s data management strategy being the primary system for client and case management.
  • We are seeking a CSnet Administrator to provide administrative support to the CSnet project, over-the-phone or email advice and support to staff, and assist with ensuring CSnet data and information quality is of high standard.
  • Key Accountabilities include managing the Out of Home Care component of the CSnet Service Desk, liaising closely with Human Resources, Conduct regular CSnet activity audits to ensure regular and correct usage by programs and staff, Run and develop organisational CSnet reports.

 

REMUNERATION

  • The base salary for this position is SCHCADS Level 4, Pay Point 1 which is currently $63,461.31 under the Berry Street Victoria 2014-2017 Agreement.
  • The value of the salary can be increased through salary packaging.

 

ABOUT YOU:

  • The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field and have a good understanding of the Out of Home Care system.
  • Experience working with online data bases and computer systems is essential and preferably have experience maintaining quality data and information management.
  • You need to be able to demonstrate an ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels and communicate effectively using various mediums.
