  • Salary package equivalent to $100,000 - $105,000 (inclusive of super and salary packaging)

The Opportunity

This position provides an opportunity for a motivated individual to utilise their coordination, compliance and data analysis skills to positively contribute to the delivery of our vital services to the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, respond and coordinate complaints and feedback including constructing reports and analyze data to monitor trends in complaints and feedback 
  • Coordinate and manage the administration of internal and external audits
  • Support the implementation of Berry Street compliance obligations 
  • Maintain the Quality Improvement Register and the quality operational manuals
  • Administration and maintenance of Berry Street’s ERIN system (Risk Man)
  • Development and delivery of key training material
  • Project work as required

About You

  • A minimum Bachelor qualification in Quality Management, Information Management or Project Management
  • Demonstrated experience supporting audits within the community services sector in children services, health or disability
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and coordinating complaints and feedback processes
  • Demonstrated experience in extensive data analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting continuous improvement
  • Ability to work cohesively with a range of internal stakeholders, including senior and operational staff located across a number of locations
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of organisational training
