The Opportunity

We have a newly created position for an Administrator to join our fundraising team and support our face to face fundraising team through an exciting time of change.   The primary objective of this role is to support the operational and logistical demands of our face-to-face fundraising teams, responsible for the recruiting of our valued Berry Street supporters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book shopping centres and sites for the internal face-to-face team and liaise with councils regarding fundraising permits
  • Assist with merchandise and collateral needs for the Face-to-Face teams, working with suppliers, the In-House Fundraising Team and Marketing and Communications
  • Update spreadsheets, systems and reporting related to Face to Face operations
  • Assist the HR team to ensure recruitment objectives of the fundraising team are being maintained
  • General administrative support to the Face to Face Specialist and other team members as required

About You

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in an administration role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer management systems
  • Proven experience working to tight deadlines and the ability manage competing demands
  • Highly organised
  • Friendly manner and a team player
