  • Permanent, full time position (with the option of part time 0.8EFT if preferred)
  • Salary package equivalent to $103,000 FTE (inclusive of base salary, super, and salary packaging)
  • Motor Vehicle Allowance to the value of $10, 500 (FTE)

About Take Two: 

Take Two is a state-wide service providing high quality therapeutic services to children and young people who have suffered significant abuse, neglect or disrupted attachment and are clients of Child Protection.

About the role:

  • Primary objectives of the Clinician role will include:

    • Provision of high quality clinical assessment and intervention for child protection clients.
    • Provide secondary consultation and support to DHHS and Community Service Organisations via Care Teams for the clients. Report regularly through clinical and administrative supervision by the Take Two Clinical Team Leader, and participate in the state-wide program of Take Two service provision and service development.
    • Contribute to the research and training components of the Take Two programme

About you:

We are seeking a qualified Clinician who has a relevant Bachelor degree level or higher qualification in Psychology, Social Work or a related discipline.

You will have a sound understanding of the complexities of the service system, a demonstrated ability to provide direct service in the clinical assessment and treatment of young people and families. You will have a sound understanding and demonstrated ability to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families and workers.
