About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager and working within a close-knit Learning & Development team, the Consultant will play a key role in further developing Berry Street’s commitment as a learning organisation and will ensure we achieve our strategic plan 2019-2022.

The position will  also coordinate the development and ongoing maintenance of our internal training calendar and will provide consultation across our programs to collaborate on effective learning solutions that meet individual and team  development needs.

About you:

  • You will have at least 5 years experience within a Learning & Development role, ideally within a complex, large organisation
  • You will hold a tertiary qualification in adult learning or related field, coupled with a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE)
  • You will have demonstrated experience working successfully with key stakeholders and a track record of devising effective learning solutions that meet strategic program and team needs.
  • You have considerable experience in the use of Learning Management Systems and the development of online and blended courseware.
