About the role:

Berry Street's Intensive Case Management Service (ICMS) is funded by the Department of Health & Human Services to provide an intensive level of case management and support to children & young people who are most ‘at risk' in the community. Our team of Case Managers carry a case load and work in a busy but supportive environment. On any given day a Case Manager could be expected to visit with their clients, attend professionals meetings or court and attend to administrative matters. We are seeking a full time Case Manager based in Morwell for a fixed term of 12 months.

About you:  

To be successful in this role, you will be a quick learner with high energy and commitment to your clients, yet able to work within the parameters of the role. You will need to be able to work flexible hours in order to provide a responsive service to your clients. You will be adaptable in your approach to engaging with young people and have the ability to build productive relationships with various stakeholders. A relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work or a related discipline is essential for this position.
