ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Full time, permanent position
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our carer base and provide day to day support to the staff and carers within the home-based care program
  • You will be skilled at recruitment, assessment and training of carers and ensure compliance within DHHS requirements and Berry Street’s Policies
  • You will be actively involved in decision making about client’s best interests care and planning, service response, in close collaboration with DHHS South and East Divisions, relevant community and other government services and the child’s/young person’s family and network.
