Berry Street provides Home Based Care services throughout the Gippsland Region. The program provides Complex, Intensive and General Home Based Care for children and young people who are unable to live with their own families on a short or long-term basis.

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Home Based Care Team. The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring a quality service is provided to our children and young people and supporting our foster families. This will include ensuring all compliance requirements are met, overseeing the case management of the team and providing supervision and professional development to the team. The Team Leader may also be required to carry a small case load of complex clients. The Team Leader will also be a key part of our local leadership group.
To be successful in this role you will have a passion for improving processes and experience in implementing and monitoring quality management systems. You will have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in out of home care. A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology a related discipline is essential for this role.
