The Group Operations Manager will oversee Residential Care, Home Based Care, Targeted Care Packages and Lead Tenant as well as a suite of smaller youth based programs.
Our successful applicant would be joining the Northern Region at a time of immense change and opportunity for strategic growth within the broader child, youth and family sectors. They will work closely with the Regional Director to ensure Berry Street continues to be recognised as a strong and innovative child and family services agency.
You will be a leader in your area of expertise, known for your significant experience in your chosen field and have a thorough understanding of the current issues and awareness of future directions. You will have significant leadership, management and team development skills with a focus on quality services and continual improvement.
